The Seven 7 iDP Project Knee Pads combine the comfort of a slip-on sleeve design with the impact protection of a hard shell pad. The Proknit fabric is lightweight and breathable and features different stretch zones to help distribute pressure while providing a secure fit. Like most of the Seven pads, the upper cuff extends quite far up the thigh, but the Project has the addition of a Centre Strap System to provide additional adjustment capability for those in-between sizes.

These pads won't hold you back on the way up and will inspire confidence on the way back down.

Protection Style: These pads combine a visco-elastic Sas-Tec protective insert with a bonded external shell to provide you with comfortable protection that will resist getting hung up or twisting out of place when you crash.

Materials: The exact recipe isn't listed anywhere by Seven but the ProKnit fabric has some Spandex material in it but has a knitted appearance. Both the upper and lower cuffs have silicon grippers, as does the logo print.

Closure or Slip-on: These are a slip-on pad with an adjustable upper strap to help you get the fit just right.

Length of knee pad: Quite long—the pads extend a fair way up the thigh and come down to about mid-shin. There won't be any gap between your pads and your shorts (unless you ride in footy shorts...) and a small gap above the top of your socks.

Protection level: The pads are certified beyond CE EN 1621-1:2012 Level 2 and feature a hard outer cap, providing them with DH worthy levels of protection.
